We are so proud to announce the installation of a complete ADA accessible hunting tower to Special Operation Wounded Warrior in Tabor City, North Carolina.

When we designed this setup, we built and installed the complete unit with the disabled hunter in mind every step of the way. Our goal has always been simple: to break down physical barriers in the outdoors and give our nation's heroes full independence in the field.

Freedom in the Field, Completely Unassisted

This tower, lift, and hunting blind will give disabled veterans the freedom to get into an elevated hunting position completely unassisted.

For many hunters using wheelchairs or dealing with mobility challenges, getting off the ground into an elevated blind usually requires multiple assistants and significant effort. This setup changes all of that. The veteran can roll directly onto the lift platform, elevate themselves to the deck height, and enter the blind smoothly on their own.

Key Features of the ADA Hunting Tower Installation

  • Off-Grid Solar Power: This lift is completely self-contained with no need for external power due to a solar panel charger for the batteries. Whether located deep in the woods or at the edge of a field, it operates continuously without needing electrical hookups or gas generators.

  • 100% ADA Accessible Design: This hunting tower is 100% ADA accessible with a 5ft porch and plenty of clearance to accommodate a wheelchair and maneuverability.

  • Built for Longevity: Constructed from durable, weather-resistant materials, this unit will provide them many years of hunting success to come.

Supporting Our Veterans

Partnering with Special Operation Wounded Warrior (SOWW) for this project in Tabor City, NC, was a deeply rewarding project for our entire team. SOWW does incredible work providing outdoor active-therapy retreats for heroic combat-wounded veterans, and we are honored to contribute equipment that restores complete independence in the outdoors.

Whether it’s deer season or wildlife viewing, this accessible blind ensures that mobility limits never stand in the way of experiencing the outdoors.
